WHAT IS FRIENDS OF FARMING?

Friends of Farming of Kern County, are likeminded people who know the value of farms in our communities and region. They want to protect them. Friends of Farming was created by the grassroots non-profit organization, Kern County Farm Bureau, to give all who would support local farmers a powerful way to join with others, and as a group to assert that agriculture in our community is not only important, but necessary.

WHO ARE FRIENDS OF FARMING?

You! Friends of Farming support the efforts of the Kern County Farm Bureau to represent and protect local farmers. As a thank you for your support, Friends are invited to exclusive farming events in Kern County, get onto farms, and begin to see first-hand what incredible value local agriculture brings to our region.
